This is a location within the Parks Mall I got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good but I prefer the regular original... Chick-fil-A sandwich. Sandwich was thick and juicy and tasted great just like all the Chick-fil-A products. Read more

The place was so busy that it took several minutes for just a small line of three people to even input their orders, imagine if... it was a lunch rush. When I finally got my order of 12 grilled nuggets and a large fries I had noticed that the The cashierended up mistakenly ordering me an extra medium fries that I did not want, oh well. You tried to sanitize my hands with thehand sanitizer that was placed before the line, but it was completely out of sanitizer. As usual, I'm glad that Chick-fil-A hasa regular amount of gluten free options. However, quality-wise, the grilled nuggets weren't that impressive as their texture wasjust slimier than usual, but the fries and water were good. They have a lot of food court generalized seating which adds to asort of excitement that only the mall atmosphere can provide. The guy handing me my order was very friendly. I just wasn't thatimpressed with the food itself. I have visited this location a couple times since 2019 and the whole time those experienceswere great, but now seem to have gone downhill. Later, I got sick to my stomach only an hour afterwards, I definitely will notbe come back and I don't know how this place got so bad. Read more
