I?ve been home sick with the flu and suddenly got a sweet tooth, and the coconut cream pie sounded perfect. I got the 4 stack to... round out the purchase and to share with friends next week. Super cute packaging, personalized note, and the coconut pie wasgood. What would have made it even better was it not being so danged sweet! My pallet kept looking for some relief, either inthe meringue or in the crust, but I could find nothing to balance the overly-sweet taste! It had promise, it still does!
