It alright, use to go when they first open went back recently and the quality of the snowcones flavors are plain. Staff are... teens or college kids so little ruff on the service and there kid nature cause them to goof around. Was caught having a snowballfight. Read more

Customer service here is beyond amazing! The ladies that helped me were very patient and answered all of my questions with an... upbeat attitude. I was undecided on what to get & tried at least six different flavors, but they never rushed me. Thecleanliness is great & the environment is even better. I will say that I ordered cream on my snow cone, and they forgot so I hadto go back (everyone makes mistakes), but the cream was kind of just poured onto the snow cone not drizzled which made theflavor overwhelming for the entire first half of it. Holy Hannah is all I can say! Serving size is huge. The flavors were bold and not barely there like with other shaved ice... company's. I definitely could not finish it in one sitting. That would be my only takeaway. Its kinda hard to save the rest forlater when half of it is not in the cup! Read more
