Every time I?ve ever tried to purchase a plain pretzel the teens that work there say they don?t have any and there will be 15... minute wait. The boy was literally pulling out a batch and refused to give us some. Long story short, I asked for a refund andwill never buy from Auntie Anne?s again! Got two cups of pretzels. Half way through I found one half bitten and brought it back. At that point I just wanted a refund.... The woman running the counter accused me of lying, then put down another cup. I didn't want another cup of pretzels thatcould've been contaminated, especially with covid. I just wanted a refund.
