This Arby's has never once been above a 2 star experience every time I have gone. I always go hoping it will be better but never... again. I saw the ad for the new Wagyu burger and get tricked into trying this location again. Everything tasted like it was madedays ago. They forgot all of our fries and the french dip was clearly smashed under some other items in a warmer for hours. Seethe photos attached if you want to lose your appetite. Read more

I work for the company and have been working for the last three weeks and has still not received a check the owner joe and the... store manager JD both barely reply when you trying to contact them about your money that they owe you this is a veryunprofessional business to work it. they also said that they paid me for one day and I still haven?t received that money yet. Food was good. Cashier couldn't count. I gave them a $100 bill. Manger gave 5 20's. She then gave me the 5 20's. Which I gave... back to her & told her she needed to give me $88.65. She couldn't figure out what to give me. I had to tell her 4 20's, a five &3 ones. Then I had to tell her to give me 65 cents. It was sad Read more

Arby?s used to make the best BLT sandwich! I worked for Arby?s for 16 years and I know what the standard should be. Every time I... stop in for a BLT all I get is crumbled up bits of bacon on my sandwich. No strips of bacon just bacon crumbles. I even ask forand pay for extra bacon and there is no way what is on my sandwich is even the correct amount for a normal BLT let alone payingthe extra $1.25 for extra bacon. I?ve given enough chances. This place needs an employee overhaul and some serious training. And just a little extra sidebar, the doors were locked and there was no sign saying why. I am going to return again. The ,shift manager, Byron Porter, did a great job running his shift. My order was correct and no... one was waiting around for an extended amount of time. All the workers were focused on their orders! Great job! I will be back. Read more

DONT EVER GO THERE , a 45 minute wait just because they were understaffed, owner must be losing a lot of money if he making 9... dollars on a sandwich every one hour. took me 20 min to sit down right in front of the drive through window for 25 unnoticedeventhough whoever was there kept approaching the window and leaving. he even had a personal call while i was waiting not tomention that got the curly fries scattered all inside the bag Read more

Very slow drive thru. Curly fries were soggy. I didn't want to go back fro fresh since they were taking too long. No receipt... ???? And both chicken sandwiches were BURNT. ???? Shift manager Marty Jonea said, "it is the seasoning and all sandwiches aregonna look like that" I tried one and it was burnt. ???????? he did apologized but I didn't get a receipt for the refund.
