Service was slow. We were the only one in the drive thru line. I bought a larger than usual beef and cheddar hoping to get more... meat than the regular size. Still seemed skimpy on the meat for the price. Curly fries weren't fresh. Was hoping for better, butthe taste was okay. Read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went here Friday to order the Greek gyro because I heard it was so good. There were... only two cars in the drive through until another car pulled in behind me. I sat in the drive through 15 minutes. From the timethe young lady came on the speaker to take my order until she handed me my order her attitude was beyond terrible. No greetingwhatsoever. I asked her was she ok and she looked at me and closed the window. When she came back she handed me my food. I tookit out to start eating and it felt like it had been sitting and it wasn?t hot at all. It was a Friday night and I was tired anddidn?t have the energy to argue with anyone. I have tried calling since Friday and the line has been busy which is ridiculous tosay the least. I will NEVER patronize this store again. No, $7 is not a lot of money but it is when you didn?t get what you paidfor. The gyros were cold and the experience was even colder. The worst Arby?s experience I?ve ever had. I?d drive 20 minutesaway to get treated with respect. Read more

We normally give a location two chances before we decide not to go back. We went to this location earlier this week and went... through the drive-thru. We waited about 10 minutes and there was no answer, no even to my "hello?" I pulled around to the windowand I witnessed a young lady with a mop in her hand. She rolled her eyes, opened the window and I asked if they were still open. She very rudely stated, "yeah, but we're cleaning up, did you want something?" It was only 9:30 PM and they didn't close foranother 1/2 and hour. I refused her service since I didn't want her handling my food after handling a mop and "cleaning"supplies so I left. I went back tonight around 6:15 PM to give them a second change. Again, they don't close until 10 PM. Thelobby doors were locked, both the North and East side and the line to the drive-thru was long, approximately 6 cars, I witnessedone leave the line and go elsewhere, so I decided to wait just to see how far this would go. I heard one honk and yell "hello?"into the intercom before leaving. The truck in front of did the same thing so I decided to leave as well. When I pulled aroundto the window there was one driver in her vehicles obviously having an altercation with the worker. We called their corporatenumber after the first occurrence and it was made right with a free coupon for the inconvenience. The new store manager eventook the time to call us personally and offer a few free meals on him. However, after tonight's encounter, I will not bereturning to this location until the staff is either trained properly and the "I don't care" attitude (which seems to be anissue with a lot of Arlington businesses lately) ceases to exist. First of all this prime rib chili cheese steak they're calling is the furthest thing from a Philly cheese steak you could... possibly find. Again people learn to make a Philly cheese steak what you have here is not a Philly cheese steak it is just acheese steak sandwich. It has no correlation to a real Philly cheese steak that sold in Philadelphia. A Philly cheese steak hassliced prime rib, medium diced onions and cheese it comes two ways with or without onions. Some places will give you a choice ofcheese. But most places use white American or cheese whiz. Now let's talk about the gyro, this is preseason sliced Frozen gyromeat it has no correlation to actual gyro meat this product of meat is horrible years ago I worked at a place where we serve theexact same thing and we all thought it was terrible. We stopped selling it within a month. Although everything was authentic onthe sandwich it was just the frozen meat wasn't as good as the ones that are sliced off of the rotating cones. On therotisseries. Arby's please do some research on your sandwiches before putting them out and claiming them to be authentic. Youguys don't even use real 100% roast beef it's pressed roast beef. But I'm not getting into that anyway my review on thesesandwiches are a big zero. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone to eat. Read more

Everything was fine until, we got up to the window to get our food. When we pulled up the window and the girl that worked there... told us that our card was declined. Ok, yeah, that?s fine if it was declined no problem we can get another card. But the factwas our card was not declined, they did not know how to use their own system. They even said it to us several times saying, ?Wetried three times, and it still didn?t work.? With a slight attitude like it was our problem and not theirs. Then the girlrequested our card again, and this time it worked this time. So meaning they did not know how to use the system. Then she said,?Oh, it was because WE forgot to do something. I only gave this place one star because it was the only option. And on top ofthat it looked like out fries have been sitting out for hours and it was the crumbs of the fries. I would even be fine if thefries were not fresh. But it was literally pieces of left over crumbs of the bigger pieces of the fries. Also, it was HALF ofthe cup that they used. Last but definitely not least, the fries smelled really bad, like I said sitting for hours. Read more

Had not been at an Arby?s in probably 20 years and my son wanted to go to try the chicken nuggets that were recommended by a... friend. It was a dine-in order, the order was not complicated (1 chicken nugget combo) but the person taking the order made itcomplicated. Waited and got ?luke warm? (at best) curly fries that had been fried in old old old old oil. My son takes a biteof the nugget and spits it out. It was about 80% raw (seems it was dipped in oil and taken out). Went to show the clerk andthe manager rapidly came to the register and gave us a refund. I did not request it but no option of replacing the order andwhat shocked me the most is that there was no apology. He went through the mechanics of the refund and that was it. I will neverset foot on an Arby?s again. When in college, I used to eat often at Arby?s but I guess things have changed!!! Read more
