Ok, we went to Baskin Robbins on Hwy. 64 and Houston Levee..a young lady came in there with a PUPPY in her arms and ALL but 2 of... the servers went to kiss and rub the dog....oh, did I mention, one was handling money, so what is my issue?, NO ONE WASHED THEIRHANDS!!!...we left...just filthy nasty!!..never again at this location!! This shop could use some customer service training from Starbucks (or any other retail shop, frankly). Our family has been... patronizing this particular location for going on three years. After tonight we will not return. We took six kids to cap off anevent this evening & one of the kiddos said his blended drink tasted ?off? so he wanted to replace it or get something else. Themanager refused. She was very loud, aggressive & said it was ?policy? not to replace/remake anything. We tried to keep theconversation low toned, but she broadcast her voice so the entire shop could hear, causing a spectacle. She seemed to enjoyarguing rather than maintaining good PR for her shop and the brand. We told her we would no longer return & she was perfectlyfine with that. We spent $56 on just tonight?s visit for treats that we technically could have made at home for $10?$12, but wechose to go out & enjoy Baskin Robbins & support a small business franchise instead. Used to enjoy going to BR, but they are going downhill. The ice cream was soft and the cone was too stale to eat. Fast food... places have much better quality. Won't be going back. Read more
I love this place. I visit way more often than I should just because I like it so much. The manager is absolutely fantastic. She... caters to my wife's sprinkle addiction and makes the best milkshakes. My only small gripe is it can get a little crowded (forobvious reasons) and then the order of people and such gets a bit confused. Read more
