Came in yesterday and regina was very rude to me. i dont know if she had a bad day? but it shouldnt be taken out on customers. i... was very disappointed with the treatment i was getting as a customer and i would really want her to be fired. bad manager andoverall bad experience wouldn't wish it on anyone. Very rude manager, her name is Regina. Bad management and horrible attitude. Rude to customers. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin... Donuts to anyone. Regina was very rude to customers and her employees. I would hear arguing coming from Regina and She was veryRUDE to me! Ordered multiple times through the app with no issues. Coffee is good and typically made correctly. What more can I ask for?

So this morning I had logged into the Dunkin App like I normally do. I put an order in and waited for reasonable amount of... time. I had confirmed from the Dunkins app that my order has been processed. I had confirmed that the charge has beendebitted to my bank account. I went there they claim they have no order of mine and even if i had shown the manager theremy order has processed from the dunkins app PLUS showed her my bank account it has processed the charge she still would not makemy order. She claims it was my fault for not submitting the order and yet I showed her my dunks app that it was processed. If only I can reach out to the district manager to file a complaint about the service to this location, This is by far theworst experience i ever had. I will not recommend anyone to go this location and go to another dunks. What a shame,,,,,, Read more
