Never have grab and go food in warmers! Last visit only one register was working. I was 3rd in line 5 behind me.
People are friendly, store is well stocked, everytime I come in there is a long line. I understand being short staffed, but when... I see 4 people working & 2 of them just standing to the side chatting & there are more than 10 people in line that's ridiculous. Read more
In my experience the people are good here. The microwave has been down for months. And, nobody seems to notice.
Just went in here at 6 am and the manager on duty tried answering for a friend that works there when i asked him if he needed a... ride because he was close to getting off work. This manager is a rude person. And i mean rude. She is rude to people and herworkers and customers shes had so many complaints and when she goes off on customers it makes them not want to return. Thismorning let me ask you how she has the right to try and tell a customer what to do. I wont be returning here at all because ofher. She used to work for family dollar and got so many complaints about how she was rude i see that hasnt changed at all. Read more
They were busy and when me and my buddy got inline the worker asked if all we needed was the fountain drinks we had , we both... had one, when we said yes, she told us to go on. Was nice to get a couple free fountain drink and not have to wait in that longline. Will not get drinks or gas anywhere else now. Read more
I come here all the time for gas and maybe twice a year for food. I will say their pizza is some of the best in Ark City, and... the coffee is very reasonable. Read more
Usually a very good experience, quick friendly service, but 1 employee marina, usually always has some sort of attitude, I tried... to enter my rewards number to make the line go faster, not knowing you have to wait till everything is rang up, (I've alwaysdone it before and no one has had any problems in the past, ever) she proceeds to get an attitude with me because I have toenter it again and it freezes the computer. I understand being busy, I've worked at gas stations before, but under nocircumstances is it ever ok to give a pleasant, regular customer any kind of attitude like that. I will be speaking to themanager tomorrow, and if it happens again I will not go back. Read more
