Really appreciate this place for a once in awhile treat. Friendly staff that is on point pretty much every time, and even if... there's some mistake, it's a very smooth process fixing things up. I usually get a grounder and last time it was just quite abit unlike what I'm used to, but it seemed like they may just be training someone new. While the food was good and the service was friendly?..this isn?t a good place to go if you have a little one. I went this... morning with my (almost) 1 year old and they didn?t have high chairs. It is always disheartening when a restaurant doesn?tconsider how this can make families feel excluded from a venue when there are no accommodations considered for them. They do,however, want you to spend your money on toys and books inside the shop but they clearly don?t want you to stay and dine withlittle ones. Very odd. Read more

I've gone here quite a bit. I loved it but there where times my order was completely wrong. I will not be back after this last... time. One time they put cold cream in my hot espresso so when I received it out was cold. And gross. I was at the shop but justdrank it because the wait is always so long. I chalked it up to a new person. Now we come to today. They gave me ice coffee withtwo shots of espresso. Not 4 shots over ice. Gross. And my husband ordered a hot latte with two extra shots and they gave himwhat I got, but with cream. This shop is slipping or they just don't want my business. Fastest way to lose me as a goodcustomer. It's to waste my time and money. I don't have time in the mornings to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix myorder. (Yes that is how long I waited). They were not very busy. I'm really sad. I really liked this place but having to throwaway expensive coffee drinks sucks. I can't afford that. I freaky don't know who can. I won't risk it again. This is a fantastic, local, small business operation! The owners and staff are contentious, helpful, honest, and... customer-focused! Today we were here only for cold drinks, but I've been a customer for over a decade! The dinner salads arehuge. The steak sandwich is my most favorite! The breakfast portions are huge and the options are many! I ran into a colleaguewho made the drive down from Malvern just to eat here, and she confirmed it was worth the special trip! This place is a super adorable cafe with yummy food and a great atmosphere. Seating is great for brunch and a hangout or... studying. The primo grounder drink is AMAZING, I got it with salted caramel flavor and it was delish!! I also ordered thechicken salad sandwich with the potato salad, and it was super yummy.
