You would.think ordering a 3 piece fish dinner for 12 plus tax you wouldn't have to pay for the tautor sauce but you do a... whopper of 35 cents but it's the point.... you get a 4 piece chicken tender meal and the little bowl of gravy is included in thecost of 10 dollars plus tax? I got there about an hour before they closed and there was a big line. I sat in line for over 30 minutes. Once I got to the... pickup window they said were out of legs and it would be another 25 minutes if I wanted to wait. I told them I would takewhatever they had. Then they came back and said they only had 4 biscuits that I could get 2 rolls or was 15 minutes forbiscuits. Again I said I would take whatever they had. Then I got home and didn't have a side even though I ordered the mealwith 1 side. The chicken coating was very very greasy and tasted like it was cooked it old oil. Good fast place to get either a chicken or catfish dinner. The box of food was hot and fresh out to the car in just a second or... two no long line in drive through. Updated 11/2022 The worst Chicken Express location I've been to. The food quality and availability has always been inconsistent... at best, and the ability of the staff to fill my order is lacking. I love chicken express so I still frequent this location, butits BAD compared to most. My main issue with the food's quality is the tenders. I'm pretty sure they cook the regular tendersin the same oil as some of their other foods. The regular tenders are almost always quite spicy, despite being stated asmild. The overall freshness of the food has improved over the past year, but two new, worse complaints have arisen: - TheyCONSTANTLY get my order wrong. 3+ times I've paid for sauces and never gotten them unless I asked again. They'll give me spicytenders when I ask for regular. I'll sub my drink for a side and almost never get the extra side I asked for. I always get abiscuit whether I ask for a biscuit or roll. All around this location constantly wastes my money and I am now paranoid abouttheir orders as they obviously do not pay attention to the details on the order. - They now charge extra for all sauces. I PAYfor them and then NEVER GET THEM. I know of no other Chicken E that does this. I hate giving harsh reviews and I love ChickenE, but as a current OBU student, I must say the service at this location is nothing short of abysmal. Read more
