Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest... Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept veryclean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well theymaintain their restrooms( if they have one.) Read more

Ordered a $6 sandwich and got prison food. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich which comes with bacon cheddar and 2 fried... eggs in a nice set of toasted bread. Atleast that what the ad shows. We know we're never going to actually get ad-quality food,but they really got me by surprise this time. I received 2 fried eggs in an untoasted sandwich. No bacon, no cheddar. As of lately, huge turnover at this location. Quality has declined - coffee tastes burnt or day(s) old and donuts early in the... morning are hard as rocks; as if they're also day(s) old. Some of the staff is downright rude and refuses to respond or evenengage in order-related talk. Good morning? Met with a blank stare or grunt. Ask to add more milk? No response, just grabs thecoffee and spills half of it out to replace with milk. I asked for a little bit more, not half a large cup more. This is my goto every morning - things have certainly changed. Catherine is the only saving grace there at this point. Today I ordered hot chocolote for my daughter. It tasted so different that it usually was- very diluted, watery. I came to a DD... employee, told him that I was not satisfied, that my drink didn't taste as usual. He just put a new cap on my cup claiming thathe added milk, instead of making a new drink.
