Ordered a burrito, soft taco and chips and cheese. The burrito was cold, missing a lot of ingredients and had several different... types of meat mixed in. No meat on the taco. Left out the chips and cheese so I politely asked for it (ya know, since I paid forit) and they gave me three chips and the smallest amount of cheese dip I?ve ever seen. We were the only people there and it wastwo hours before closing. Just wanted to satisfy my pregnancy cravings but I?ll drive way out of my way to go to a differentlocation from now on. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area. This store is closed when it's supposed to be open, the orders are unrecognizable... and incorrect. Items from here are thrown together with what appears to be literal floor scraps. The store interior is filthyand deserves reporting to the health department. TO THE OWNER: Since you obviously have no interest in operating a properly runfranchise (based on your reviews) YOU SHOULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO WILL. Read more
This place is a joke. They want high dollar prices for low quality work. My food was old I ordered 2 cheesy potato bowls they... used old hard potatoes and tried to hide it with extra cheese sauce. Then some of my order was completely missing. Either getbetter management or close it down. Read more
Slop slop slop. Tacos falling out of wrappers. Cinnamon twist dumped in bag. New chicken tacos are nothing like the picture. ... Little piece of over fried breaded chicken. Gave the chicken to the dog and threw the rest out. I think if you go intorestaurant, they would do a better job. Also you could send it back quickly if it's wrong or sloppy. Read more
The people working are thoughtful and kind. They took the time to make sure I didn?t have lactose intolerance since I ordered... items without sour cream and shredded cheese. They wanted to make sure before adding nacho cheese-that was very thoughtful andcaring of them! The food was prepared perfectly! Read more
Worst location I've ever been to already, and I regret giving them another chance today. Ordered a Deluxe Cravings box, nachos... BG and a couple beefy burritos. Only got 5 of my 6 items for the cravings box. I don't think any of them are right. The"Chipotle Chicken" has beef in it (see photo) and tastes bitter af. No chalupa. No 5 layer burrito. Nachos BG chips are soggyaf. Watered down pepsi. No receipt. $25 for regrets and indigestion. Read more
Was 1 of only 3 cars in the drive-thru on a Friday around 8pm. Ended up with only 1 correct of the items I ordered out of the 17... items I ordered. This place is a hot mess. They were out of everything which I understand with shortages going on, but Iliterally ordered tacos and Supreme tacos, and Supreme burritos and they couldn't get that correct. Stay away unless you likegiving away your money for nothing. Oh AND our food had hair in it! Read more
If you go during lunch your order is fine but the Night Shift crew will screw your order up every single time. And then somehow... they are not able to issue a refund over the phone with the receipt and ticket number I have to drive all the way back to thestore just to get credit for the one or two items that they miss every single time.
