Food was good. Very fresh. Gluten free and dairy free options. Kid taking my order could have done a better job explaining my... options, as it was my first visit. But he was a kid, so I guess I shouldn't expect him to know better. But might help ifmanagement could coach the staff to be more helpful and friendly. I would make a return visit. Second visit. The manager on duty Ryan was very careful in 1. Pushing the GF allergy button for the order 2. Asking the kitchen... staff to ensure changed gloves and no cross contamination 3. Checked to make sure buckwheat soba flour was definitely not cutwith wheat. It comes Nebraska. 4. Confirmed my order and hand delivered to our table.
