First time. Ordered the Baja wrap on the phone so it would be ready when we got there . We got 2 smoothies while we waited. The... wrap was supposed to have avocado. Got home and it didn't:(. Other than that it wasn't bad. Think I'll just check the foodbefore I leave next time Read more
Ordered many times from this location. Always good food, smiling faces, and reasonable prices! Smoothies are great, not as much... a fan of the sandwiches, etc.. but I mainly go for the smoothies so I've always been happy. Read more
They had one person working register and one person making smoothies. There were orders coming in from in-person, in the app,... and the drive-thru. They definitely need more employees. The trick is to stand at the counter to put the pressure on so they?llactually make your smoothie, or else you?ll just be sitting there waiting forever. At least the smoothie was tasty. We came in and ordered two smoothies and were greeted by a very friendly young lady who immediately provided us with a menu. ... The service was exceptional and timely. Both smoothies were very tasty and we were once again thanked for our visit to thislocation before leaving which was very nice and unfortunately rare these days. Read more
If 0 star was an option, they would have received it. We were there for 40 minutes waiting on 4 smoothies that were ordered at... the same time. Three other customers, that ordered at the counter, had their smoothies made before ours. I told the lady that wewere still waiting on one more but they still continued working on other walk-in customers before finishing our order. I wasaggravated at this point and asked if there was a Bahama mama done yet, the answer of course was no. I walked out and had myhusband go in to take over waiting and they still hadn't started the smoothie. One of the workers wanted to say negativecomments after I walked out. Seems as though management needs to hire more workers and train them on how to stay on task. Idon't care how good the smoothies taste, we will not be patrons of this establishment again, first and last visit. Read more
