The Green Godess salad looked delicious on the screen. When it was served there were no avocados, no cherry tomatoes and the... chicken looked like diced lunch meat. Nothing like the picture. The server offered to bring me a few slices of avocados. Verydisappointing. Read more
Staff was extremely friendly. Mngr Emily was super nice when I brought up my issue. The ISSUE I've gotten the B.L.T+A 3X now... always extra bacon. First one was phenomenal,2nd was eehh but this time was awful! It has 2 strips of bacon on the sandwich Iforgot to add extra bacon when I asked and apologized for my error they gave me bacon bits. Since the 3 rd sandwich is partly myfault I will give one more chance. Come on McAlister's do better with your food! Especially if your going to charge 10$ (9.69)for a BLT Read more
While not always perfect, they have gotten much better about service and quality. This is one of my favorite places in Ardmore... especially for being Gluten Free. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive to that. Plus we love the prices for a quick easyhealthy bite to eat. Read more

Last time I picked up a southwest chicken salad at this location (2-20-2022) the salad was packed in one of their small sandwich... boxes. Price was the same as the other times I have ordered this salad but this time it was in a box half the size it waspreviously. Needless to say this size salad was not large enough to be considered a complete meal. Half the size but cost asmuch. My complaints were just ignored. Last time I will be eating here. Read more
I was charged full price for 2 teas in Styrofoam cups that are half the size of the regulat drinks. Not given additions to our... order because they were sold out, but not offered substitutes even tho I had paid . There was maybe 3 bites of potatoe salad.And when I pulled back around to pick up my order I sat for 5 min waiting. Pretty unimpressed with the quality and service atthis location. Was at this location Saturday on Labor Day weekend. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They brought me a half of a sandwich &... server tried to convince me that was really a whole sandwich because it 1 extra layer of bread. Went to another location &ordered the same thing it was correct. Apparently this is an ongoing problem at this location.... Read more
