10 stars for the staff! I arrived shortly after the dining room closed for the night (maybe even a little later than that) and... asked if I could order inside instead of the drive thru because my vehicle doesn't fit well. The staff graciously served me.What they didn't know is that I'd been on the road for over seven hours already and I was late because I stopped at a differentplace about an hour earlier that was not as kind. I pulled into the drive thru being directed by several people. I pulled up to the window and asked to see a menu. The girl told... me it was against company policy for me to hold the menu close enough to see it. Then I tried to make 2 orders and was told no.I had to speak to a manager to get the second order placed. Ultimately a hassle. I choose to not visit this location again. Read more

9/18/22: I have ordered from this Chick-fil-A countless times?enough to rack up 12k reward points in-app. I also have delivered... countless orders for this business via Door Dash. This is the most efficient and consistent place to eat at in Ardmore, and oneof the best businesses to work with via Door Dash. Their consistency is phenomenal, especially when compared to other eateriesin Ardmore. At peak business hours, ie lunch rush, it can get crammed in the parking lot. Traffic will be backed into thestreet as a CFA worker directs the parking lot traffic. This is due to multiple channels of orders occurring at once, condensedinto a small site: on-site orders (dine in, take out, and drive thru), mobile app orders, and Door Dash deliveryorders. Despite this traffic, this store can still get people in and out rather quickly, and manages to complete orders at arate no other business has matched in Ardmore. Mistakes happen, however, they are VERY far and few in between with this store.Out of all of my orders over the course of 3 years, I?ve had one incorrect order, that was quickly remedied by management. Inconclusion, this Chick-fil-A is a logistical champion, and is also the #1 business to work alongside via Door Dash. If yourorder is within the .01% of mistakes, it is quickly remedied by a manager. Very good job to all the employees and managers thatmake this CFA amazing! My wife and I ordered salads. I had a Market fresh salad with avocado ranch. In the future I will get a different dressing... because of the fruit on the salad. My wifes salad was the wrong type with the wrong dressing. Read more
We all know they have killer drive through lines. This place is typical for a Chick-fil-A. Access is easy but getting out can... take a minute due to location and proximity to the busy intersection traffic lights. Read more
Chick- fil-a is always a win for our family. It has the grand distinction of being one of the only places that all 4 of us can... agree on. From their waffle fries, to their sauce, nothing is a bad option. Their customer service is top notch and theyalways have an incredibly clean facility. Easy 5/5! Read more
