I give this Arby's 5 stars not just for the great food but for the amazing costumer service. I had an encounter with the drive... through worker who had been getting cussed all day I'm sure because they could only take cash at this time and there were manygrumpy people in line before me. However this man still had a smile on his face and was very upbeat considering the day I'm surehe was having. Thank you again. He made my day. Read more
My husband and I stopped in at the Arby's on 12th St in Ardmore to try the new fish items. I had the 3-piece hushpuppy-breaded... fish (5-piece available) with crinkle fries and my husband had the Cajun fish wrap with curly fries. I guess the pandemic didaway with the comforts of dining in, as the ketchup, sauces, etc. were now available only on request, and food trays werereplaced by to-go sacks. But the food was good and hot, and that's what's important. The breaded fish is basically a filet cutinto 1×2 inch chunks, and they were just out of the fryer with good flavor. The Cajun wrap was good too, not too spicy. Thewrap itself was a bit thick in places but still lended a great texture to the fish and lettuce. Both fries were perfect. I'm really sad because I really liked Arby's until they quit serving Hot Ham and Cheese. I do not like anything else other then... the curly fries. So now I will not eat there! Read more
This Arby's is much improved over the last 6 months. I was able to order , pay, and eat my lunch without dealing with any meth... addicts. The workers seem happier than they used to and the food was ready almost immediately. Everything in my order wascorrect and the ordering experience was flawless. The restaurant was clean and even the tables weren't sticky. Hugeimprovement, now they just need to get the sauces and peppers back out where they are avaliable to customers. We got our food on the way out of state. When we opened the bag the curly fries were disgusting. They don?t clean their fryers.... There was burnt flaks all over them bad. Read more
