Food is as expected at a Chick-fil-A. Service was amazing. I gave atmosphere a 4 star rating because there is no good spot to... wait for takeout food. If you walk in to order a meal to go you end up awkwardly waiting around the counter for your food. Notactually a major inconvinience but something that should not be overlooked post pandemic. This location is terrible. The express lane isn?t served any faster than the drive through lane and I?ve had to wait over 10... mins in both lanes. The employees don?t use the same chick fil a manners as other locations. I asked for a chicken egg andcheese biscuit and was given a bacon egg and cheese. I went inside for a return and all the manager could say was ?you can keepit.? At this point, this could have stayed a Perkins. Read more

This is honestly the best Chick fil a in the area. Northtown used to be our favorite location, but is garbage so we come to this... one. Hopefully it doesn't get bad like the Northtown location. The food here is always good, they get your order right and thecustomer service is great! Read more

Stopped for some fries and they were exceptionally fresh and delicious. We didn't use it but I loved the mobile order express... lane. The whole drive through experience felt elevated. Would go back for sure. Read more

This was the first time we haven't had a person in the drive thru take our order. It was a typical drive up board and a... microphone with a random voice on the other side. Not gonna lie, it seemed unpersonable for a chick fil a that normally has arow if people taking the order and payment. Food and service were still good but it lacked the personal touch you always get. Read more

Awful service. I was the only car in line when I ordered 3 sandwiches and one kids chicken nugget meal. It took over 15 minutes... for them to bring my food out and served 6 cars who all ordered after me before even checking in to explain the wait. When Istopped the team member who was delivering food to the vehicles for an explanation of the delay, I was fed an excuse about howthey?re still making it, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the delay and the priority service offered to others behind me.About 5 minutes later, a white male, presumably a manager based on the attire, brought out the food. He offered no apology forthe delay and began to walk away. I said excuse me, and he slowly walked back. As I began explaining the wait time and the lackof service, this over promoted, insincere manager began to chuckle and smile at my experience. It?s one thing to be in a lowlevel position and give bad customer service, it?s a whole different thing to have a director/manager acting like that. Irecommend going out of your way to another cfa if you want to be treated with kindness. Or go right across the street to Canes.The wait might have been understandable, the attitude and poor treatment aren?t. You lost my business! Hire and promote better! Read more

My first experience here they got my order wrong and I chalked it up to new location opening and working out their kinks. I gave... it another try and I am even more disappointed in my most recent drive thru experience. First they got my husbands order wrongwhich we luckily caught before pulling away. When I got home and went to eat my grilled sandwich I bit into a large chunk ofplastic which looks like it was grilled into my sandwich. I?m so sad as this new location is way closer to my house but bothtimes I have been there I?ve had issues. Read more
