Absolutely fantastic experience, great food, great service, really fair prices for the quality and serving size. I will be... coming back as often as possible! This Pad Thai (THot) is one of the best I've tried anywhere in the US! Read more

Our favorite restaurant for a quick meal before or after a flight into Asheville. Super close to the terminal. They are always... busy with carry-out orders and they’ll tell you how many orders are ahead of you, but somehow the wait isn’t really thatlong. Great tasting food. Staff is a bit mechanical instead of effusive, but that’s okay. We’re always sneaking in atclosing time or when we’re due at the gate and they always feed us quickly. One wish: please offer at least one Thai CoconutCurry that is vegetarian (swap your paste please to one without fish sauce). That’s all. We dine in at Tamarind 1-2x permonth. Definitely recommend their tasty food. Read more

Got there at 1:52 the rude server said we close 30 minutes early so we can get off. Then preceded to show me a sign which said... 2:15 they stop seating. I told him his math was all wrong and he needed to go back to school. Go to this restaurant if you wantrude service and mediocre food. Read more

Food was 30 minutes late being prepared, but didn’t tell us it was going to be late until after we got there when it was... supposed to be prepared. On top of that, they were sold out of rice but didn’t even tell us they were out until the food wassupposedly ready so it would have been another 30 minutes for food. They could have called if the food was not ready or if theywere out of food. Ordered eggplant - literally NO eggplant in the entire dish that I received and never apologized. Read more

The salad that comes out first was nothing special, but the dressing that accompanied it brought a great flavor. I ordered the... yellow curry with chicken. I ordered it hot and they delivered. I did not enjoy the potatoes. They were not cooked enough. Idon't think they were fresh. My friend ordered a spicy beef salad and it was fantastic. Read more

Right by the Ashville airport, tucked away in a little shopping center. The food was phenomenal, service was incredible,... atmosphere was awesome, and unfortunately we were the only ones in the restaurant. Stop living in fear, stop being scared andlet us all resume life. It's a virus, that yes it is contagious, but if you have no underlying health issues you are morelikely to be killed by a drunk driver. Last time I checked not only is drinking legal but it is deemed essential. Pleasesupport locally owned restaurants, they need your help during these hard times. Sure it's easier and cheaper to visit one ofthe chain restaurants, but they don't need your help. And apologies to Tamarind, I normally take more photos. I will be backsoon and will take some more. I am dying to try the duck. Read more

We have eaten at several Thai restaurants but here all the dishes were exquisite. The flavors were perfectly balanced with... matching undertones of lemonleaf and other herbs. The chili sugarsnap peas with lemon leaf was unique and delicious! The sweetand sour chicken will come in my dreams, I think. Also the sweet and spicy chicken wings and Tom Kha is a must try!
