I am not the biggest fan of starbucks but this specific location (26 Carl Alwin Place, Asheville) is fantastic. Everyone is... always so nice and my drinks always taste great! It is sad to see this location continue to struggle with how to run efficiently. I come here all the time - I ALWAYS mobile... order. We seem to go through periods of time of not knowing how to sequence but I always ignore because I realize people may betraining. Now of recently I have noticed that we are ignoring mobile order and making them when convenient. Sorry but Ithought the purpose to mobile ordering was so my drink was ready when I got there and I wasn?t waiting the ridiculous amountthat it takes normally to get my beverage. Today I came in to get my drink that I had ordered 8 mins prior and realized theywere busy so I was patient. For the next 5 minutes I watched the drinks that were ordered after mine be placed in front of me. I then see that my sticker is just placed up on the espresso machine chilling with four other stickers that are mobile orders. I then point to my drink and ask if she can make my beverage which she looks at me like I am crazy. I then watch her make 6other beverages - all of the mobile orders that were after mine?trust me I checked. I asked to speak to a supervisor- who ofcourse apologized and then went to offer me a card for a what $4 off (my drink was almost $8) I refused! That wasn?t why I wassaying something - you are causing upset customers who loyally keep coming because we love Starbucks. Please correct this inyour locations as this is not the only place I have seen this be done. Read more
