We decided to take our kids to Pizza Hut (per their request) and this was the closest one to us at the time. We were seated... after about 5 minutes of standing there and watching the server (Alice) pass us 10 times. She finally seated us and told usshe?d be back for our drink order. 30 minutes had passed, and everyone who came in 25 minutes after us had already receivedtheir drinks and put in their food orders. This was after we had tried to get her attention to just get our kids something todrink multiple times. She repeatedly told us ?I?ll be back in a minute?. She was helping everyone except us. We?d finally hadenough about 40 minutes into waiting for just a drink. My mom went to let the manger know and he was incredibly confrontationaland began to yell at my mom in front of my kids and I. He seemed annoyed when my mom let the concern be known, but then becamequickly aggressive when she mentioned leaving a bad review. Avoid this place at all costs. The single worst pizza ordering experience of my life. I?ve ordered in the lower 48 states (Google can validate). I tried to... order online and had a terrible experience. So I decided to call only to find out I couldn?t sub ham for black olives on a meatlovers melt. Speaking to someone who wasn?t even in store. Then decided to walk in and order after failed and failed attempt toorder. Only to find out that ?you can only changes to ingredients online?. So now I can?t even stand there in person and getwhat I could the last time I ordered online. This is nearly 40 minutes into trying to get just a melt with no ham, substitutejust a single vegetable. But no so an hour later I?m just going to go ahead and drive 1 mile down the road and get a personallarge with anything I want from Blaze Pizza for $10. More food, less stress. This has been absolutely ridiculous and I doubtI?ll ever order from Pizza Hut again. I put in significantly more effort than I should?ve to get what I want. Read more
This is the 2nd time in less than a month that I?ve ordered online and went to the window to pick up my order. The last time no... one showed so I went inside. Today I wanted to see how long it would actually take to be helped (especially since the car aheadof me was checking out when I arrived and the employee saw me). I waited over 10 minutes before I gave up and called therestaurant to tell them I was there. I was not able to pay cash for my pizza the order came out to $50+ after a tip for the driver and they refused to take my $100... bill. Do not order from them they are rude they are inconsistent and they do not accept for cash. SO NOW MY KIDS ARE SCREEMINGAND HUNGRY... I called and spoke with "David" who refused his last name, and was the most discourteous humans I have spoken tolately. Referenced their website which does not specify which denominations of cash the accept just that they "accept cash"which I told him, and still refused to take my cash. It is Legal Tender For All Debts Public And Private. Pizza Hut should beashamed to be represented by "managers" with such terrible customer service skills. Read more
Wanted to visit a Pizza Hut as ours recently closed in our town. So glad we did. We met Dana and she was outstanding. Made sure... our order was right and kept a close check on us. When we arrived there were several people leaving and some mad that there food was not ready and they has been waiting 50 min.... So with that said we were abt to leave but the lady that was cooking pizza came and sat us down and explained it won't be thatway for us. She was so nice and also got our food to us in a reasonable time and the pizza was delicious ????. The waitressthough need some training though cause she asked me to help her ring up the food. She also was coughing and not covering hermouth. We felt uncomfortable with her serving us. Also the salad bar was messy and a lot of food was missing so we didn't getto eat all the veggies we wanted. I'm not sure if we would dine in again but maybe takeout! Read more
