Sat in the drive thru line, without moving at all for probably 15 minutes. The girl running face-to-face said they were waiting... on food from the kitchen. I?ve never experienced anything like this at a CFA? horrible. Where were the team leaders????Managers? Somebody???? Read more
This was the most pleasant Chick-fil-a experience I've ever had! Wasn't too crowded for that time of day. We sat on the patio... (with the dog) and the sun was blocked by the drive-thru covering. There were a few loud vehicles that came through there, butthey moved through the line quickly enough that it really wasn't a problem. Great service as usual! Thank you! Read more
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. They were very accommodating and made it a point to check on us several times to see if we were... OK. They interacted with my toddler son and the store owner gave us free sandwich coupons and a coloring book and crayons to myson. Read more

I had an excellent customer service experience inside this location this morning. Sofi, who took my order for breakfast, greeted... me with a wonderful smile and brightened my morning, after I had just taken a long drive the day before and got home late night.She took my order and made the adjustments, as I requested, with ease. (AVL) on Airport Road: + Friendly, attentive, welcoming staff + Best to GO INSIDE for faster service + As of 02?2, drive-thru... system needs serious improvement. Longer wait at peak times; vehicle lines can be a parking lot as there's no way to exit - evenif orders are filled, pending cars in the front block ALL others. + Also, packagingwrapping should be better labeled. Forexample, orders for a large party with different menu items all look the same - and one has to open all sandwiches to figure outwhich is what, and for whom. ????Doesn't McDonald's have specific packaging and color-coding for most menu items? An employee overheard me talking about tables while she was seated near the restrooms. Did she clean the tables.....no she... instructed the only gentleman on a register to clean them. Chick fil a sandwich was not tasty nor crispy, soda was flat, onethe manager got there looks like he was trying to get dining room up to par. My oh my how Chick fil a has changed since I workedfor one in Charlotte. By the way.... this was my 1st time going inside, I had just experienced outpatient surgery near by thislocation. So very sad.
