Horrible service. Whenever I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich through an online order, every single time they give me a regular... chicken sandwich because they don?t want to take the time to make the actual thing. The fries are always soggy and are left out.The sides are not ever cooked fresh. Save your money and go to another BK! Completely ridiculous, and they made us pull up andwait for almost 10 minutes. They then gave us the chicken sandwich and guess what, they put about a tablespoon of the spicysauce directly on the middle and did not care again. I will not be coming here again. If I could give a zero that would be my review? I had the worst experience ever; went to get Oreo milkshakes for me and my sons.... I got all the way home and over milkshakes had no Oreos called the restaurant and in stead of taking my name and fulfill mycorrect order I had to drive 25 minutes back to burger king with the milkshakes? now they are melted and all over my front seat.I?m furious; so I get back to Burger King finally only to have to wait in a long line for a mistake they made. Called in thestore and apparently they are working with 2 staff; why are they even still open? shut the whole place down until you arestaffed to where to can fill simple orders. These guys are so rude everytime I go to pick up a doordash their doors are locked and I have to go through the drive through.... They always seem annoyed and never have the orders ready. When I went through yesterday, the lady at the window made a snidecomment about "these people" coming through and holding up the line. Um no, we are doing our job. You should do yours and managethe line. Ask your drivers to park and bring it out to them when it's ready if you don't want to unlock the doors. Just takeyourselves off of doordash. No one needs your negativity. Read more
