Second time we have been there very slime on beer selection. I know as a business person this is poor ordering on the manager... no beer shortage. We went here this past Monday evening and even though there were only 2 other tables it took forever to get our food. Also, our... server, Alicze was very inattentive. My husband had coleslaw and had to ask for silverware. Also, we both had wings and had toask for napkins. And even though I had a coupon for 6 free wings & $5 off the total we still spent almost $50 for wings! That'sridiculous. Definitely will not be back. Also, apparently the only response you'll get from their Corporate offices is to go ontheir website and leave a comment and they'll "address it" with the restaurant staff, no refunds or compensation to the actualcustomer. If the staff didn't care enough when we were in the restaurant why should we believe they'll care now that we'regone? Read more
Tried to order food for pick up 30 minutes before they close. They would not take our order we tried 30 minutes before that on... DoorDash and they had already closed the kitchen on DoorDash. It's Friday night at a place called Buffalo wild wings and they'reso wild that they have to close the restaurant at 11:30. I've been in the business 20 years And I do not like to complain butclosing a restaurant before your hours ensures that your patrons never return because they don't know if you're actually open sobasically if you're reading this review just understand that if you see clearly posted ours just know that potentially they mayhave already closed even if it's 8 PM. Went here last night was greeted by a great host! He was very pleasing with his attitude but the other guy when the pleasant one... said something about our party of 16 .. I guess putting us in the corner booth or so besides separating all us. And the guysays no that those tables are only for " game days" or whatever it was he called it like that. Our server at one of our tables (yes we had to have separate tickets and sit sepratley) and she was not pleasant, Not happy to be working ???? so I don't reallyknow what they didn't like we weren't hard to please. my husband and I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. it was very obvious they were short-staffed (just by looking around) but... the service was exceptional! Eugene and Lucas were so friendly, fast, and had positive attitudes through it all! Writing this in hopes that a manager will see. Not trying to be a "Karen" but we ordered a to go order last night and when my... husband got it home (which is a good 20min away) it was completely wrong. To the point that our kids had nothing to eat. And wehad paid like $64, then i still ended up cooking for them. Now I know he could have checked the boxes before he left, but I'venever been somewhere where the entire order is wrong. The frustrating part is that i was willing to go back and get the rightorder but I literally couldn't get anyone on the phone. Nobody. I listened to the dang recording at least 8 times then it says"there is nobody to take your call. Goodbye." Tried numerous times again today just out of curiosity and the same thing. The wings were amazing, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere is awesome and the place was clean! I'm a "sauce girl" and I... didn't have to beg for extra sauces...so, I was beyond happy with this experience. We will be back! Read more
We stood and watch a young man clear a table for 12 which my party was waiting for by himself, while the rest of the crew stood... around and watch. One was flirting with a girl the other two hid in the back and by the soda fountain. Then He was no even theone to wait on us, it was the one flirting with the girl. I understand that he may not wait tables or many it was his firstdays, but when you have a party of 12 you want to clear the table as fast as possible.
