There was no other customers, but it took them 5 mins to greet me. No apology either. Then I get to the window and it takes a... long time for someone to come to me amd ask me for my drink order again. I'm not rude, I tell them my drink order and give mycard to them. The disappear from the window with my card for awhile before returning with it and my order. I get my box of foodand drink and I am so ready to leave because I had already been there for so long. When I open the box my receipt was IN MYFOOD. No, not on top. IT WAS IN MY FOOD. UNDER MY CHICKEN. Get it together. Also, you typed my order wrong and didn't give methe sauce I asked for. These people are lazy and turn away business so the 6 people that are there can stand there on there phone and tell there not... open. While 1 man is in the lobby working hard by his self trying to make the restaurant look nice and clean for dine incostumers. Wish I could give them a 0 star Read more
Very slow service. Staff are unfriendly and always seem to be in a bad mood. Fast food should not take 10 minutes sitting at the... intercom waiting for someone to take your order. Came back again after a few weeks. I came for breakfast but had to order lunchbecause I sat in the drive thru line that long. And a poor sanitation rating of 92. The biscuits, which are the best thing about Bojangles, are always undercooked, never browned, and not mixed/worked properly, so... fall apart at this location. I always have to go out of my way to the one near London Rd. Very annoying. Someone fromregional management needs to come in and do a biscuit making education at this location, because it's a consistent problem andalways has been at this location. Hope you show up before 8:30 pm on a weekday or else you won't be served. Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes and... no one came to the microphone. Drove around to the window and the workers were cleaning down. Hours say 9:00 pm but obviouslythat is at the worker's discretion. Read more
This place never has chicken sandwiches. Or other things if you go after 8pm. Fries are always cold, greasy and over salted (and... I love salt). And if you order Bo Rounds in the evening they don?t have any. My opinion is no one wants to fix them because thenext morning they?re available. Plus tried to order just chicken tenders and was told they only come with a combo meal. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Everytime we come to this location staff is extremely rude to us. We sat at the drive intercom... for over 5 minutes and no one asked our order when no guests were inside and there were 3 people working behind the counter.This is not the first time we have had negative experiences at this bojangles. We will be taking out money else where. I wouldnever recommend this location to anyone. Read more
