This restaurant should properly display the operating hours of the business. They should also strongly consider extending their... operating hours past 7pm since most people are just getting off work. The staff is rude and hateful. Read more
Operation hours 0500am, I pulled up to the drive up at 5am and had no service at 5:10, their were 3 other customers behind me.... Had a flight to catch, so we went down the road to McDonalds where we were served a hot breakfast in less then 5 mins. Come onBo?s get it together!! Read more
We were at the fair two weeks ago with a huge group. I went to order our food around 11:30-12:00 on a Sunday. This order was... well over 100. The dining room was closed so I pulled into the drive thru knowing I had a large order and would have to pull tothe side once it was placed. There was probably 5 cars infront of me and by the time pulled up to place our order I probably had5 behind me. Realistically I had in my mind what I figured would be a 30 minute wait and would have completely understood. Notonly were they super efficient and fast like our order was finished in under 7 minutes but the staff was extremely friendly. Weweren't missing anything, all the food was hot, and they made sure I had all the utensils, plates, and cups I needed. I trulyhope someone in corporate sees this or atleast a manager reads this to their staff because I cannot express how pleased I waswith my entire experience. Read more
I would like to give a shout out to the staff here! A man had his truck stall in the drive-thru and one of the employees came... out to help him push it out of the way. There was a slight incline so I got out to help as well - not an easy task! They hadGREAT attitudes about everything. They couldn't have the dine-in open because there weren't enough workers but I was asked tocome in and was given a free tea. Thank you! I was wondering if you could make the appropriate changes on Google maps to letcustomers know that the dining room isn't open. That would be helpful. Read more

I used to love going to this Bojangles. However, over time they have gotten way more ruder and ruder. I don?t understand why... because whenever I ordered I wasn?t being rude or complicated, just an average customer. I get it, I also work in food service Iknow its stressful. But there is absolutely no reason to be rude to innocent customers. Not only that, but they ignored me andmy dad at the window when we had been sitting there for 5 minutes trying to get their attention for something for our order.Please do better. Read more
