Been here at least 3-4x with my girlfriend and every time we come, we order the same thing and our order gets messed up the same... way. No sauce at all on the wings and her kickin chicken has sauce on it when we specifically let them know not to put sauce onthe sandwich. Last time coming here. Read more

Good food! I ordered the wings and things meal. I heard that they changed their original wing sauce a little, so I didn't get... that but chose one of the non sweet spicy options. The lady who took my order went above and beyond for me, even though I hadsome problems with my card not working and not having small bills in cash. Read more

Horrible service, ordered online, went to drive thru to check in. No one acknowledged I was there, pulled up waited on the 2... cars in front of me. Pulled up to window and girl just rudely walked away , I blowed horn then she disappeared into the back. Iwent in pist and explained to what I assume was the manager and she fixed the problem but the staff under her were verydisrespectful to me and there boss. this place is amazing per usual, this is one of the cleanest zaxbys i have been too. although the service wasn?t as fast, but... that is understandable with a lot of places being short staffed. my food was amazing, everything i asked for an more. thecashier who took my order was very friendly an definitely had a great attitude, will be visiting again. I love Zaxby's. I have ever since I ate their for the first time. It was one of the very few places I can eat and not worry... much about my allergies. This was my worst experience at a Zaxby's ever. First, they are taking all of my favorites off of themenu. I know that this is not the fault of the location however it did add to my frustration. The cashier, on the other hand,and her attitude towards me as a paying customer was disappointing and completelya reflection of the location. I am not surewhy the current trend in customer service, as a whole, has been depreciating drastically lately. It was so bad that when Ididn't get exactly what I ordered, I just rolled with it so I wouldn't have to talk to her again. The food was great, asusual, which was this locations only saving grace. This place is terrible. Every time we come they make us wait at least 20-30 minutes, even when we are the only people there. You... can look back into the kitchen and see no one back there making food. I go to the bathroom and workers are sitting on top of thesink on their phone. They see me standing there waiting for our food and continue to goof off, make paper air planes, and gossiptheir personal lives where everyone can hear it. Not to mention the crew being rude. When our food had finished, the cashiersaid "I'm not gonna tell them it's ready they can come get" sorry but that's very rude. And ontop of all that, they had us waitthat long, only to give us old, cold food. The chicken breast was so dried out it felt like chewing rubber. And they didnt evencomplete our order and give us everything we ordered. If I could, I would give this place 0 star. Read more
