Every single time I go here they are either out of something or something is broken. I have yet to order something where they... don?t mess up something in my order. I just got home and I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger with no cheese and only bacon andketchup but there was a normal burger with everything on it. Wallpaper is literally peeling away from the wall. No paper towels in the bathroom. Out of napkins. Out of ketchup in the... dining room, including ketchup packets. No ketchup packets in the back. When I asked for ketchup, I was told they were out. Iasked then what are you putting on the burgers? Got a small container of ketchup. We are local and used to go here until the health grade was terrible, well that improved but the last 4 times I've been through... this location they are ALWAYS out of something. This morning is was breakfast fries and coke, but it's literally every singletime. They need someone different in charge of ordering. My family and friends actually have discussed this location and we allusually drove to the high point location to avoid the archdale one! Read more
I went throught the drive thru today after 1 P.M. We were told immediately that they were only accepting cards or exact change.... Ok no problem. We order I asked for strawberry lemonade. They are out. So change my drink order. They asks what sauce I wantedBBQ. They are out. Then my daughter orders bacon Jr cheese burger. Now the whole time everyone is laughing while on the speaker.The lady goes sorry we don't have bacon. I looked at my daughter and we just say cancel the order. The lady laughs and goes oh Iam just kidding we have bacon. I had enough said that is ok just cancel it. We hear they lady call to us as we drive pass. I sayno thanks and they all start laughing. I travel all over the country and love Wendy?s , but this is the worst and I?m not kidding. They always forget something in our... order, and they are always out of something and the employees hate their job and it is reflected back to the customer. Wow... so far we've been here for 30 mins and we haven't gotten all the food. And the nuggets are almost black they're so... overcooked. Fast food isn't difficult. That's literally why they hire anyone... because they expect anyone to be able to do thejob. Those working here should be grateful that I'm not the regional... they would all be fired. I came through the drive thru and ordered 4/ 4.00. The fries and nuggets were lukewarm. My Double stack the meat was burnt and... you couldn?t eat it. They had no straws. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker today and sat there for a few minutes with no response. I blew the horn to see if anyone was... there and a female employee snapped "I'M NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS I'M THE ONLY ONE IN HERE!!!" I think her attitude was veryrude and insulting. I would suggest avoiding this location if all the other employees are so hostile to their customers. Horrible customer service. Read more
