The quality of food and service has been awful. Looks/tastes like dog food at this point. Cannot even eat here anymore.

6:35 pm walk in. 4 cars in the line. One guy in front of me had placed his order but I notice he is sitting waiting. I think I... should probably leave. I stand at the counter but everyone is in the back. They are talking, socializing. Seem like a greatgroup of friends. I wait. After 2 or 3 mins... I hear Oh! A very nice lady comes up and asks if I Colton? Apparently someoneplaced a order online. I said no. I order a nacho bellgrande combo. (One soft taco, one nacho bellgrande, and a drink) She takesmy order and the wait begins. I say nothing but notice the man sitting is fuming. He is watching the employees and seemsfrustrated. I think I should probably just leave. I should've. Ten minutes later one drive thru car leaves. Then another. Then adrive thur customer walks in wanting her order. I'm just soaking it all in. On one hand I feel bad for the employees on theother I'm like what is taking so long. 3 orders go out the door as I stand there making eye contact with the other customerswatching their facial expressions. A las!!! 22 mins later my food arrives. As I leave i drive away. The taco is soggy drippingwith grease. The nachos have been much better in the past. I can't help but think that was a waste of $10 bucks. I think I willskip Taco Bell from now on. I could have literally cooked a meal at home. Again, not blaming anyone. But I'm sure even theemployees would have been disappointed if they had been the customer. I will say they were nice and polite. I only over heardthe f-word get dropped once during my visit. So yea! By far one of the worst fast food places I have ever been in my entire 36 years of being alive. They are randomly closed but... still accept online orders and won't refund making you have to email corporate. They are always out of multiple items. They alsodon't accept orders when their cc machine is down, which oddly has happened multiple times a couple hours before they close,they won't take cash when this happens. I literally just waited in the drive thru for 8 mins, after being told they'd take myorder in a moment, only for them to be out of their slushies..slashes... which is pretty much guaranteed that they will be outof atleast 2 flavors if not all 3 weekly. I live like 2 min from this one and instead drive 10 min away to one that is actuallycompetent. Also for some reason there's been multiple altercations in their parking lot and I've been in line twice where acustomer was so upset they were screaming at the employee taking the order. Very odd establishment and now with the priceincreases its honestly cheaper to order Mexican food from a restaurant as take out. Read more

Just went to taco bell in archdale. i got 4 chicken quesadillas and 3 freeze drinks during happy hour. i got charged for 10... drinks. i tried to get them to fix it at the window and he said ?my manager rang it in?. after paying over 30 dollars for food,i then called the manager at taco bell and she wanted to tell me ?we don?t do happy hour?. i come to taco bell very frequentlyfor my kids and i know for a fact they do happy hour and freeze drinks are supposed to be a dollar a piece. i will not be goinghere anytime soon and JOSLYN the manager needs to be fired.
