I ordered delivery via the Pizza Hut app. This store was assigned to handle the delivery. 20 minutes after the forecasted... delivery time I received a voicemail from the ?manager? saying I was out of their delivery range (should have been an immediatecall at the time the order was placed) and to call them back to either cancel or change to carry out. I called this store andwas connected with one person with a not so great attitude who was unable to assist with this issue then another person who wassupposedly the ?manager?. The ??manager? gave up because they were unable to assist and put me on hold. I waited, hung up,called back multiple times and finally got through. The final person to take my call was also unable to assist with thisissue. I initially ordered around 4:35-4:40 with a 5:15 estimated delivery time. It?s now 6:30 and I?ve not been able to get intouch with someone who can assist with my issue nor do I have pizza. Baffled it?s this hard to get a pizza delivered in 2022.0/10 Read more

The gentleman who took my delivery order was very accommodating and polite. The delivery gentleman was a 10 out of 10!! The food... was delicious and the service impeccable. Highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Archdale! Read more
Never disappointed!! The only reason I didn't give "5 stars" is bc the hours are never the same. A few times, my employer has... ordered from this location, some Saturdays they are open on time, some Saturdays they open 2 hours later. Assuming it's justunderstaffed like everyone else. Won't stop us from ordering again though!! Read more
Nice staff, and appreciate the fact that they cleaned cut my pizza without me asking for it.
Update on original review. Since I ordered the first and and wasn't completely satisfied I personally got a call from the... manager and was given a credit for another pizza. Pizza was good and made just the way I wanted it. I appreciate the concern andcustomer service from management. Will go back again Ordered a pizza online with extra sauce. I brought the pizza home and itbarely had any sauce on it at all. It was very dry. Not the biggest of deals but could be better. The toppings were good andplentiful and woman at the counter was nice.
