(before and after pictures) i?ve always ordered from dominos in the past and had a great experience but this time when i ordered... the chicken alfredo pasta, it was terrible. the pasta was super dry and there wasn?t even any sauce at all! of course i calledin and told them that it was super dry and they said they could remake it which would take an additional 30 minutes or so. i?mstill super irritated. if you guys have something wrong with your order, make sure to always call and tell them to remake it orget a refund. delicious. I had combo pizza, garlic dip, & a sprite. the delivery was fast and I had text message alerts so I could know when... the pizza was going to show up. easy to order online. edit: I had pan pizza later and it is even better! I love it, it is sodelicious and soothing. Read more
Not sure what exactly happened here tonight but it was an absolute disaster. We placed a delivery order by phone at 6:10pm, by... 7:21pm we still hadn't received our order so we called to see what was up. The GM answered and let us know the driver somehowended up at the Motel 6 and not our house and offered to deliver us the same hour plus old pizzas. We repeated our home address,explained the location, and requested they remake and send us new ones. At 8:13pm we still hadn't received our order and so Icalled again. This time the GM said they couldn't find our house and didn't have a phone number to call us. Despite having giventhe address twice, they had the completely wrong house number. I've called and ordered from this location on numerous occassionsfrom the same number and they have always had our information so I have no idea why they would suddenly not have any phonenumber or address. The GM was obviously irritated and pretty rude, saying the reason they had the wrong house number was our ownfault because we were "too busy arguing". Having worked in fast food myself for several years, I tend to go above and beyond tobe polite and respectful when ordering food or calling with questions/complaints, and I don't think asking for something to beremade is an unreasonable request. In the end we canceled the order and asked to be refunded. Based on the attitude of the GM atthat point, I didn't feel comfortable accepting any food from this location. Read more
Ordered on a Friday night at 6pm and it still only took 20 minutes, service was friendly, food was hot and correct.
Food came 1 hour after ordering, it was cold. Kept because we are starving but even 1 slice is completely a burned bubble and my... kids only eat cheese. Of course it so happened to be one of their pieces. Paid 28 for 2 medium pizzas and a supposed 1.95 litersoda since they didnt have a 2 liter we got 3 20 oz. Plus tip. Kind of unhappy with my choice in dinner tonight. Read more
Ah domino's pizza, the best of the corporate pizza joints imho! They deliver to a surprisingly large area at this location! One... day I saw the dominos delivery driver all the way up in Trinidad! They have the wrong phone number listed on their website,atleast at the time of this review. Good pizza and decent customer service, the last time that I ordered their chicken Alfredo Iwasn't satisfied though, quite the contrary in fact! It was certainly not up to par for the coarse!
