Really getting tired of luke warm food. Quit trying to see how fast you can get an order out and consentrate on making sure the... food is HOT HOT HOT ... Wendy's has now joined McDonald's and Burger King as a place not to go to if you want HOT FOOD. Read more

My food is always fresh when I come here. Employees are nice and I'm completely satisfied.
Went inside waited at the counter for 5 mins why 3 different employees looked at us. Then the manager walked up very rudely and... said dining room is closed drive thru only after there is 6 people now in line. This is in Arcadia Florida. Told the lady wehad an air boat on the back of the truck. She told us to get out of the truck and walk up to the window out side. She could havetaken our orders and then put up some signs . Not wait till she has 6 to 8 people in line. We had 4 in our party. Read more
The Wendy's in Arcadia, I was surprised they were open, we were on our way back to the east coast and stopped. The manager there... was incredible. She had that place running like a well oiled machine. It was awesome to watch! Read more
I share this review because over a week has passed since my visit to this location. I ordered a large frosty, was given a medium... cup, 1/3 of the way full. I didnt notice it until I got home because it was in a drink holder and I was not going back out, so Imade a complaint to corporate with an option to return a phone call. My request was never fulfilled and i was never compensatedfor my "order" this establishment is an embarrassment for the entire chain. Would not recommend this location to anyone, ever. Read more
Worst bathrooms I?ve ever seen at a fast food joint. I had to sand about 4 feet back from the urinal to avoid the backsplash. I... obviously wasn?t the one one? given that there was a large ring of wetness on the floor. Read more
