Very disappointed. They just CAN'T seem to get the orders right. From Supremes without sour cream to an employee that... apparently can't read the Fisher Price register to find "chicken" (and pressing chipotle [beef] instead), to the fact that isnigh on impossible to actually RECEIVE the cinnamon twists you've paid for, I am done. There are so few restaurants in thissmall town, that I'd convinced myself that THIS time it will be better...but, folks, it's not getting better. Short on staff,irregular hours, missing menu items, "out of stock" items (taco shells...really?), and poorly made products mean that ArcadiaTaco Bell is no longer a viable choice for us. There are probably copy cat recipes online somewhere. I'll look for those,instead. Read more
Nice staff but service was a little slow. They ran out of large cups but were going to charge us for those even though we were... only going to get medium. not a huge deal but every penny counts these day, am I right? Plus they gave us over 30 packets ofmedium sauce that we didn't ask for. They should probably figure out their inventory strategy. Read more
Southern there was a long wait and it looks like they're very understaffed. The tacos were only filled with a very small line of... ground beef and some cheese. He did tell me they were out of lettuce but I thought that at least had some tomatoes on theirtacos. It seemed very overpriced as well. Read more
Went to K&J market to get in on their sale and stopped there on our way home to Cape coral. This Taco Bell blows away all of the... ones in Lee County. Hats off to the cleanliness and quality. Must be managed well. Read more
Arcadia Taco Bell needs to pay more attention to orders. I ordered doordash today. I ordered 3 burrito boxes, 3 mountain dews,... and a 5 layer burrito. With dasher tip it was $40.68. I received my order still sealed by the restaurant as it is supposed tobe. The problem is I received 2 chicken power bowls and 3 mountain dew baha blasts. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID $40.68FOR. Now, Taco Bell won't answer the damn phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM ARCADIA TACO BELL. Read more
So the last three times i went there this is how the quasidilla came out! You wait forever to get literally no meat! They truly... suck there and i quit going! Also customer service is pretty rough most of the time! Read more
We love Taco Bell and have been to many locations. This was far from the best. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn?t just unmelted... but cold. They get an extra star for replacing it when we returned 15 minutes later. Read more
