Extremely poor management. The employees buzz around, trying to get stuff done, but there is no organization, no direction. ... Meanwhile the manager just yells "someone get that door dash", people, keep these donut trays full". It shouldn't take 40minutes to get two donuts and two egg croissants after rush hour, but drive through takes precedence and no-one is assigned anyspecific task, so no-one is sure that people are being taken care of. Ordered a few things, they asked me to pull around to wait for my avocado toast?. I didn?t add bacon or anything that would take... a little longer. While waiting in the parking lot, facing the drive through window, I see them hand something to someone andthey immediately open it and start eating it. It?s avocado toast! At this point I?ve been waiting for 10 minutes? for avocadotoast. My husband went in to ask for it, the woman said she looked outside and thought we left so she had it waiting at thedrive through window in case we came back for it. I drive a unique color Tundra? and I was RIGHT in front of the drive throughwindow. To me it was pure laziness. I love that we have a DD in town and usually they have my orders on point so I'm really torn to post this review. I love love... love the avocado toast. It's just the best when made correctly...
