Busy Taiwanese restaurant. We waited around 10 minutes for the table. Ordered the spicy beef noodle, sausage rice and the... popcorn chicken. The beef was tender, I wish the broth was spicy but it was flavorful. Great restaurant! Read more
Authentic Taiwanese restaurant! Been coming here for years! The price has definitely increased. Their food is still delicious... though! The staffs are all so nice and helpful. I always get the sausage rice plate. Their portions are pretty generous. Theirbeef noodle soup is a bit spicy but flavor is great. Highly recommend this spot! Parking may be a bit difficult during lunch anddinner hours. They fill up quick so I?d recommend coming a bit earlier than the lunch/dinner hours. Read more

As a Taiwanese, highly recommend this place to get transitional Taiwan style street food and benton box. Compare to North CA... Taiwan restaurants, I like this place more! The price reasonable, food taste exactly same in Taiwan. Read more
I have tried Taiwanese beef noodle many times , but by far this was the best !!! The broth was so rich and flavorful and the... beef was high quality and perfectly tender ... great noodles too... I have been to Sinbala about three times now and it has yet to disappoint me. They are known for their homemade sausages and... they are delicious. I always get the plate of Sinbala sausages and popcorn chicken. This little Taiwanese store is quite popularand it is not surprising due to the quality and price of the food. The beef noodle soup is also recommended and their beveragesare also great as well. Their tea tastes have a strong tea flavor and I recommend getting either their black milk tea or greenmilk tea.
