Bad customer service. They often messed up my orders and overcharged me.
Been coming to this Sbarro since I was a kid at the Arcadia mall. The service is great and the food is consistent. Love their... Pizza slices and Baked Ziti pasta. Their Slice society rewards program offers good deals as well. Read more
Terrible service. Phone number wasn't working when my order was over 3 hrs late. Food came soaked in rain. Delivery driver... showed up again 3 hrs late but 6 blocks away. It took almost 20min to walk to driver in pouring rain to pick up already soakedfood. Then 20 min walk back in the rain. Food was not only ice cold but also soaking wet.
