The best part is watching the chefs twirl and stretch the noodles in the kitchen window. Food was good, although service could... have been more organized. They do not hold back on the spicy noodle, so make sure you like a lot of chili oil. Beef roll is alsoa signature menu item which is flavorful and crispy with hoisin sauce inside. Read more
i got the signature beef noodle soup and it was pretty flavorful and light, not the most flavorful though. the noodles were nice... and chewy and the beef was tender while my mom got the egg tomato noodles, she said it was pretty good. service is super fastand the staff is (mostly) friendly. probably will visiting this place more as my go to place at the Santa Anita mall Read more
If there?s beef noodle to try, I?m there! Got their signature beef noodle. And it was a bit saltier than expected. The flavor is... there though! The noodles absorbed the saltiness so it?s not just bland noodles. Their meat was tender. I got a few pieces ofradish, it?s super thin. My friends bowl did not have any radish. Your food will come out within 15 minutes so it?s prettyquick! This spot is upstairs across from dintai. Don?t come after 12, their line will start forming.
