Cakes were very delicious. Staff were friendly.

Very unique cake shop: there are no gimmicks with excessive frosting, sprinkles, and frozen fruits. All you get is pure cream... and crepe. The cakes I've tried are not excessively sweet and are very light and airy. They are minimalistic in design and theshop just screams high-end. Cakes are delicious but service isn?t that great. Went in to buy two small cakes aside from them being expensive the chocolate... cake and poor corn cake came with small decorations on top. I was handed these eatable decorations in a bag, I asked them to putit on them, paid for them and told them I would come back. Literally I came back and they put it on one and the second cake theysaid ?you put them on? like wth I didn?t want to become a Karen so I grabbed my cakes and left. Definitely not the right serviceto give specially if they weren?t add ons. Presenting the work properly should be the correct attitude in this bakery. I used have a great experience with Lady M, because it has great taste of cake and friendly staff. However, I have a hard time... for this time from ordering. Have the difficulty to make the online order and make my son?s birthday day cake with rightdecorations. No one answer the phone or online chatting. Then, the staff of the store gave me the rude way to give me the cake.What happened? It seems something wrong of their management. I hope the quality of cake not getting down either. This place is very overrated. I actually don't understand why this place is so popular. I had three different cakes with my... friends and they were all very disappointing. Even if they were $3 I would not go back and buy them. What makes it worse is thatthey're $8. My friends and I had a good laugh because they taste like the cakes that we would get from a Chinese bakery, so Iguess that was a positive. Read more
