This Arby's just is not good anymore. My orders are never correct let alone good. The food quality is very poor and most the... time the workers are extremely rude. You can't have nasty food AND bad service, pick and choose. If you wanna be rude atleasthave good food quality geez. Read more
Hope was great!!!! We came threw the drive-thru in a hurry. Hope was quick to get all of our food out quick. She was very... friendly and energetic and I love that. Wish there was more like her. Hope gets a 5 star rating in my book. The food was freshand hot that's a plus but I didn't like the way our huge sandwich was crammed into a small bag to where we had to put our handin it and get cheese all over our hand. Not to mention we had to put it together. There's a reason a sandwich like that comes ina wrapper NOT A BAG!!!! Please go back to wrappers and I'll give a better rating. I was there on a Wednesday night. They weren't real busy. I had a complicated order that could have easily been made wrong. But... that didn't happen. I was in and out in 10 minutes with hot great tasting food. The service was amazing. Read more
I have been to this Arby's location many times. This time was the worst food that I have ever gotten. I ordered the buffalo... chicken wrap with curly fries the wrap was horrible the way it was put together and way way over the top on Buffalo sauce wherethat's all you could taste and then everything was cold fries were just like they had been sitting all day hard really the foodwas unedible. Went through the drive- thru on Monday night and they told us they were out of roast beef and the only soft drink choices were... Coke and Diet Coke. I probably wouldn't be posting this review if the staff handled it better. The person who took my orderwasn't apologetic about it, but seemed annoyed to need to inform me when I ordered a roast beef sandwich and Dr Pepper. Read more
UPDATE 2/11/22 Down to two stars. Went again today. I wanted to try the French dip with bacon combo with bacon and au jus. I... wanted their crinkle fries and they were barely warn. The au jus was the worst part though because it was so cold the fat hadcongealed and was floating in it as well as stuck to the sides. Needless to say I wasn't dipping my sandwich which was actuallypretty good though not very hot either. I will say they was a good bit of meat on it. Service was okay today too. Previousreview: The service was 5 stars, the food was okay, but Arby's you would get no stars or negative stars for the misleadingphotos of the Texas Brisket on toast!!!!! Like most restaurants, here and other places (KFC, Captain D's, Hardee's, etc). Picslook great with lots of whatever, the thing you get served is nothing like and pales in comparison to the photo.
