This restaurant is ran by students in the Culinary Arts Program and they do a great job. The beginning students prep and serve... lunch, the Advanced students prep and serve dinner. Catering class takes care of all weddings and parties that are booked thereat the restaurant. The students learn all about running Front of the House, as well as Back of the House, menu planning, timingand hard work. The lunch menu rotates every two week with different theme from Italian, French, Asian to American. Most ingredients such as... bread, soup, entree and dessert are prepared fresh by chefs and training students. The set menu is reasonably priced between $10and $15, which includes salad, bread, soup and your choice of entree.
