Waited over 10 minutes for one sandwich. Staff claimed the wait was so long because the burgers are made to order. The fries... were cold and soggy and the burger was barely warmer than room temperature. Read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen. As I walked in a couple was leaving because no one took their order. I waited for... 15 minutes and then asked if someone could take my order.
