We were in the restaurant on Labor day and the whole experience wasn't very satisfying. Not too many restaurants were open in... the area that day, so it's understandable that there are delays. What's not understandable is when the taste of food is not thatgood. Positives: Our server was very friendly and took extra care when we told her we are vegetarians. Negatives: Food wasn'tvery tasty, most of the things we ate were bland. Plus some of us didn't feel good later - there were some nausea issues andsome stomach aches. We were a group of 6, and none of us was too sick, so I'm hoping this was a one-off. We bought tacos,fajitas and burritos - all vegetarian versions. Read more

I cannot believe I have not reviewed Sangria's after my first visit but having dined again recently, I find myself wanting to... make sure they get more than the tip paid for their great food and service. During a day of listening to music at the annualMile of Music festival, our group of 5 found ourselves extremely hungry well past the typical dinner hour. Despite our latearrival, the parking lot was full yet we were still seated promptly and drinks were ordered. Can you believe you can get aMonster (38 oz) margarita! Too much for me but not for one in our group. I love the fact that the restaurant is in an olderhouse as it provides some much desired character. Our server was attentive, professional, and friendly. The food arrived withinan acceptable time frame, not too fast and not too late, and it was filling and delicious. Standard Mexican fare was availableand it all looked better and tasted better than some of the other dine-in places that seem to be nothing more than a disguisedfast food restaurant. Long awaited Mexican cuisine on a Friday night date night???? We luckily found a parking spot (having the bike probably... helped????) and it wasn't terribly crammed inside. We sat outside on the upstairs deck while we waited for our table since itwas such a gorgeous evening - which we ended up missing being called for by having out number we were given written down wrong.Maybe an extra 10 minute wait. Our waiter, quickness (from ordering to receiving our food, maybe only 10-15 minutes) and thefood itself, it was worth it. The environment is awesome. I got the Seafood Rice Bowl, he got the Chicken, Shrimp & SteakFajitas. Sangria's never disappoints! Read more
