Everything about this place was a letdown. The pizza had zero flavor, which is honestly remarkable. I've never had to put salt... on a pizza before. The sauce, the cheese, the toppings: all flavorless. The crust was *okay* compared to a lot of places intown, but was pretty tough and chewy. The garlic knots didn't taste like garlic. The worst part was the cannoli I ordered.Ricotta cheese? Nope. Frosting. I couldn't even eat it, it smelled and tasted terrible. Go elsewhere if you want good pizza. Read more

We never vist Appleton without stopping at Sal's for a slice! Generous slices of thin crust pizza. Great variety. Pizza is... fantastic and the rolls are amazing. Service is always good. Dining room and restrooms are always clean. Outdoor seating area.Very highly recommend Sal's Pizza! Read more

I tried out Sal's Pizza while visiting Appleton recently. They sell pizza by the slice, and had a variety of options to choose... from. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant, and a few people were dining in. The guy behind the counter was friendly andtalkative. The pizza comes with garlic knots on top, and both slices and rolls are placed in the oven to warm them up when youorder. I found the pizza to be very tasty, with a crisp crust and flavorful toppings. All in all, an excellent experience andgreat food, will definitely keep Sal's on my list for future visits. Read more
First time visitor. They burned my pizza... bottom is vividly blackened. Pizza has a burned smell and a burned flavor. I mean... there's black pieces of cheese stuck to the crust. That should have given you a hint to restart.. I am really disappointed. Theonly way I change this review is with a refund or a replacement. ... I also called the place 2 days later and instead of evenconsidering to show great customer service, they got offended. Its a shame. Read more
Love Sals pizza, my favorite of all in the valley! Ordered tonight and had a problem with the delivery service that they use.... Gave a call to the manager and she was the most accommodating and helpful right on the spot person I have ever meet, shout outto you and appreciate all you did to handle the situation! Read more
