Walk in and ordering was not a good experience! The gentleman who took my order body language came off like he was getting short... with me before I even started to voice my order. The pizza is good, but I don't see the point of ordering 1 hour ahead using the online portal if I'm just going to have to wait... anyway. I even arrived after my 6pm pickup time and I still had to wait in the store. I wasn't the only one either. There weretwo people ahead of me who also ordered online and had to wait. Read more

Horrible! I know Tuesdays are deal days, obviously? most people that order their pizza?s know the same weekly deals.. every... week; same day..right?! I placed an order online at noon (12 o clock) for my same day pick up at 5:30pm (i usually use adifferent location but this one is next to my job) got there 5:55pm and was told my pizza was not done. They were behind andshort staffed (mind you i just came from a job also short staffed with ONLY 2 people ) their 5 person staff members makingpizzas stated ?it?s a very busy day and time of year? like I?m Stupid and don?t understand customer service or how this works.I was told i would have to wait until the 8 people in the store had their pizzas made FIRST and then mine would get attention!?!(Remember i ordered 4+ hours earlier but i have to wait to people who just ordered 10 minutes ago!?! Anyway.. While waiting onmy refund another gentleman stepped up beside me and said ?my pizza was suppose to be done 25 minutes ago? Do you know when theat will be ready?? I ordered pizzas for our employees for lunch today. The thin crust and bread sticks cooked faster than the original crust so I... had them start with that. I cooked them in the house and had to carry through the rain to the shop. Second pizza was cooked andupon entering the shop umbrella in tow...the pizza ended up face down on shop floor. I called a reorder in and when i arrived topick it up i told them what had happened. They said this one is on us! Wonderful experience! Read more

My BF had submitted a bad review last month because we ordered ahead and it was a 30 minute wait upon arrival. Because we like... having our pizza fresh we have continued to order on $10 Tuesdays and the pizzas have been on time. My BF is currently operatingon crutches and was very pleased tonight when one of the workers (a young lady) offered to take the pizzas to the car for him.He is very pleased with the service and we will continue to order from you. It's the best to get the pizza and then bake it in your own oven so you get your pizza fresh and it always tastes so good! This... is my favorite way to have pizza and their pizzas are so big!
