Curbside ordering was not an option on the app. We were allowed to choose in store pickup on the app. After order was complete... and we arrived at the store, all doors were locked during normal hours. Drive thru was our only option. When we got to the drivethru kiosk and explained our situation, they had no idea about our order. We were told to pull around to the window. Guy at thewindow told us to get out of line and park in the curbside pickup area and wait. After 11 other vehicles that were behind uswere completed, we called the store. The manager that answered said he never told his employee to have us pull out of line anddidn't know we were still waiting and seemed annoyed at us. Collectively over 3 years of nearly weekly patronage, this location continues to decline in service, food presentation and... quality. Sadly, I now drive out to Greenville to one of the best McDonald's I have ever experienced. #just to bad Read more

Fast and efficient. Clean could be a bit better. Overall friendly and they take care of the customers.
Went through the driver thru. Same as normal. Not always a long wait. Received items we ordered.
I live very close to this location. For the most part I have no issues. The one issue I do have is how they put the items in the... bag. It seems like they don?t care how items sit in the bags. Numerous times, I have received food just to find the fries dumpedall over the bag and/or almost literally upside down. It seems like there is not effort to split the food up between bags tomake it more presentable. Just shove as much inside and hope it fits. I worked there for 5 years and know this isn?t standardprocedure. I don?t know if they do anymore but there is literally a diagram on the bottom of the bags showing how this is done.It?s not rocket science, it?s common sense. Read more
