Couldn't go inside to order. Went to drive thru, it took at least 6minutes to take our order. We ordered a 8 piece meal all dark... meat and honey packets for the biscuits. They told us it would be a 20 minute wait for all dark meat. We waited about 15 minutesfor our food, when we got it, it was a mixture of dark and white meat and no honey for the biscuits. I tried to get themanagers attention and she just ignored all together, also the person running drive thru was rude. Don't plan on ever going backto that restaurant again. Read more
I usually give places a chance and try to be as unbiased as I can when it comes to giving a review and fair shake. This is... probably going to be enough for me. I've been here a few times on different shifts and days to see if the quality of the fooddiffered. There is no difference, so there's a either a problem with the way people are being trained or the way the job ismanaged. I've been to a lot of KFC's spread through everywhere including Appleton. This by far has to be the worst KFC I haveever been to in my life. I'm critiquing the food, not the people, not the customer service, not the way the store looks. You aregoing to kill someone serving the food you serve. The coleslaw clearly is molding, at room temperature for over 24 hours, and isprobably the worst thing I've took a bite of in my entire life. The fries I bet were probably left over from last night and noteven refrigerated. I can tell because when I'm at home I leave food out and don't refrigerate it and reheat. Yet the food I keepat home for 6-8 hours at room temperature and reheat taste better than here. I would like to theorize that they are not puttingfood away and keep it out at room temperature then serve it to customers the next day. Zero ethics, zero integrity. This placeneeds to be audited and shut down. Fire the manager, and all of the staff. My stomach hurts and I am not going back ever again.You can't even pay me $400 dollars to eat here. Slow operation with only a couple employees. I was the only customer when I got there. I asked for a Pepsi and a Mt Dew. They... handed me two Mt Dews, and fixed it when I corrected her (good thing Mt Dew and Pepsi look different). Waited about 5 or 10minutes for my food. Most of the food was hot, some was just warm. One star is hella generous. Spent $21 just to get over cooked (dry chicken, burnt skin) & under seasoned food. The chicken also... smelled off. Didn?t get coleslaw & the order was wrong. Ordered a 3 piece (2 sides) got a 5 piece with just mashed potatoes.Overall, not edible. In the other order, the famous bowl was cold but not for me so idk how that turned out ???? Read more
Drive thru was friendly enough when we could understand what was being said she spoke so fast. 2 orders, my fries were cold and... hard, slaw was bland and seemed to be about to sour, chicken on the sandwich was so dry I had to take off the bread just to beable to finish it. Gave my friend my Mac n cheese and she said that was the only decent thing she had as well because as you cansee from the picture of her tenders box there is much to be desired. Her tenders were so thin we had to search for the chickenpart of the tenders and was extremely dry, her fries were as inedible as mine, she doesn?t like slaw so I tried hers, it was abit better than mine but not by much, and her biscuit was tolerable. . . Will never go to another kfc! The one on Wisconsin ave is horrible. We ordered a 9 & 14. It took 20 minutes and as we are... driving down the road going thur the order there is no receipt, no drinks, no fries, no chicken for the #9 and the #14 chickenis soaking in 1/2? of grease! We couldn?t eat any of the food! Tried to call MANY times and no answer. Emailed corporate and noanswer. What a joke of a business. Read more
TRASH. Employee didn?t know what they were talking about their combos. Gave us trash food. The fries tasted like they threw it... on the ground and served it to us. They claim they?re out of macaroni cheese and didn?t want to make any. Which is definitely alie. You guys were open for another 15 minutes. Online Ordered 20 minutes in advance 4 piece combo, only got three pieces. Ordered mashed potatoes w/ gravy and Mac & cheese... received two mashed. I don't know why I expected better. Read more
