Coffee was good and services was good, but my food tasted like chemicals. I ordered hash browns and a bacon bagel sandwich. My... bacon was not cooked even remotely and everything had a taste of chemicals to it...I could not finish neither my hash browns orbagel due to this taste. The cleanliness and service at this dunkin has improved by a millionnnnn the last few months. They sometimes have cute artistic... donut options, that we all love! Lots of cute basket gift options and clothes. All the employees seem to love their job and arefriendly with everyone. Smiles and giggles everywhere! They really just give you whatever. I can?t count how many times I order something and they just give me something else.... Sometimes they tell me because they ran out - most times they don?t tell me at all so I don?t find out until I get home. Onetime they even gave me one single glazed donut instead of 25 glazed munchkins. It?s just wild to me they can just give youwhatever instead of what you paid for without even telling you. This location has been going downhill since the end of summer. Everything was good, but since then more and more orders are... screwed up, things forgotten in the order, bagels not toasted when they were supposed to be, bagels coming with less and lesscream cheese. Today was the last straw for me, this is how my bagel came...a BAT could see that this is not enough cream cheese.I mean what person does this, looks at it and goes, "man that is perfect", and hands it off........? Don't let a long morning line wrapped around the building scare you off. I see this scenario play out many morning. The team... here is it down to a science though. The line moves quickly and efficiently. You won't be waiting long. Coffee and Iced Coffeeare both good. Most of the time the donuts are delicious too.
