For a fast food place it's definitely 5 star. Always plenty of staff. Building is clean bathrooms tidy. It's pretty rare when my... order is missing an item. Bring back spicy chicken tenders though! Read more

The Culver's in Utah are way better. My son's butter burger patty was pretty small. And it was a little run down. The food... still tasted good. We were just excited to see where Culver's originated. Read more

Unfortunately I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews with this location. Absolutely filthy, rude employee at the counter... and my burger was thrown haphazardly together with the patty being folded over. I travel from Kentucky to Idaho frequently andonly stop at Culver's for "fast food" and am rarely disappointed in any Culver's experience. This location is on my very shortlist of locations to avoid. This falls completely on an owner who obviously doesn't care about upholding Culver's highstandards. Read more

Friendly staff and tasty custard. They could do a little better mixing as some of the "mix ins" in our concrete's were more... concentrated at the bottom than the top or middle. Still, a great product. Read more

I forgot what the burger with bacon was called and my older sister asked what they had with bacon and the person at the drive... thru mic responds with ?we can add bacon to anything. I could even add bacon to the concrete Mixers? which was absolutelyfunny. But they fulfill my wish of adding bacon to a chicken sandwich. They also were able to do a strawberry Mango cooler mixand they wrote hearts with pur Cups which is so Sweet. I love every single one who worked todays shift when my family visited at9pm today they really need a raise <3 Read more

When a customer asks "Is it okay if I pay in ones?" And the snooty teenage response is "Sure. I guess I can count 16 times."... They need to be made explicitly aware that they just made a loyal customer feel like a burden. This kind of "I'm only workingbecause my parents force me to" attitude is terrible customer service and a disaster for customer retention. When the customerstill says "Thank you!" After snooty teenager #2 hands them their food, and #2's response is a very callous "Mhmmm..." whilewalking away... That's a big strike out. Might be worth considering slight pay raises, coupled with more strict customerservice coaching so ungrateful employees become assets and not liabilities. P.S. It should be a rule that any order with friesshould include at least one ketchup packet. Not trying to rant, just a loyal customer offerring insights that may make thisbusiness more sustainable. This is when the restaurant was just open. Food was good. But when they say ordered up We shouldn't have to look at it when... it's sitting in the window for ten min. It's a shame the place went downhill Cleanliness in a restaurant should be priority. 2much standing and leaning Not enough cleaning Read more

I love culvers. Their butterburgers are out of this world, the cheese curds are delish, all food served nice & hot. Also had a... butterfinger concrete mixer which was amazing- custard was so creamy and plenty of butterfinger pieces. The only minor complaintI had was that some of the tables were dirty... But I'm not going to rate them negatively for that because every restaurant isunderstaffed right now and culvers was pretty busy. Overall great experience! Read more
