Ordered online for delivery. One was a smaller size than ordered, no utensils, a peep was thrown into the bag and the larger ice... cream was crushed with a bunch of lids. I ordered a few pints online for pickup. I went to pick it up a little while later and when I got home the ice cream was pretty... badly melted. My car was not heated that much, as I literally live 6 mins away...6 mins! I also put the ice cream in the trunk,where it's even colder. In the dead of winter this is unacceptable. I suspect that they had it sitting out on the counter afterscooping the pints and not in the freezer waiting like it should have been.
